But to underline it is about control in the sense that old school cultures LOCKED THE WOMEN DOWN UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE HUSBAND, FATHER, OR BROTHER so the men were free to go about their business..farming, blacksmiths, soldiers etc...of course women cheated then as well but with a HEAVY PENALTY...it is this threat of penality (no fault divorce etc) that western society has abandoned that is leading to our demise.

Women will always be women, they will angle for what's best for herself. If that's embracing a husband they will. If its embracing the state, they'll do that too.

Many 3rd world women are still just fine. Especially Filipinas, cause they have so much contact with retired American soldiers and sailors. They are very accepting of men much older than themselves. Divorce means deportaion back to whatever sewer they came from, but 5 years older, 5 years "out of touch", and now "soilded" in the eyes of many of her people, especially the men there. There's millions more just like her, so figure on getting a new one every 5 years and you won't go wrong.
