There is currently a garbage crap pop song out called "Domino" by a female singer named Jesse J. The main line in the song is "Take me down like I'm a Domino". I was wondering what you guys thought that line meant. Here's the chorus so you can see it in context:

Rock my world into the sunlight
Make this dream the best I've ever known
Dirty dancing in the moonlight
Take me down like I'm a domino

What I think it means is "Fvck me like I'm one of 50 other girls you're fvcking one after another". I can't think of anything else it could mean.
This interests me since it goes along with a lot of what is said here - about preselection, girls wanting guys with a lot of sexual experience, being attracted to sexual alphas, etc.
This skank apparently wants some guy who isn't emotionally involved wihth her at all - she just wants to be one out of many.

"Topple me over, take me down as if I'm nothing more than a plastic game piece. I'm only one of a long string of women for you, and once you take me down I will be a mere stepping stone for your next game piece."

Sadly, she is saying this with approval, not chastisement. Just as long as she can be a part of the game for just one night.

It occurs to me that the "domino effect" connotes an inadvertent chain reaction that is out of control and difficult to stop.

It's only a song, but it is a little sad that the girl relishes in her role of being just another conquest who means nothing to the guy. It's like she craves being with a man who cares nothing for her. A little baggage there, perhaps? Or just a typical woman?

I think that maybe feminism has caused women to give up on having a decent traditional relationship (which is what they are really hard-wired to desire) and therefore would rather be used for a night to acheive a fleeting feeling of desireability than to feel that nagging hoplessness that is always simmering on the back burner.

Being a domino for a night is just another drug.

As western society falls into oblivion everyone male and female is trying to derive what highs they can when they can...drugs if you have the money video games, MMA, football for guys, or hookers if you are charlie sheen....reality television, shopping, and quick hook ups for girls
