“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

How can I widen them? They're solid and have nice peaks but they're too narrow.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I think its either because you have long arms and your bicep is small or because you dont rotate your wrist when you do biceps.

If you do it with dumbells, then do it with 3 different motions, each time a new one.

  • Palm facing downward
  • Palm facing horizon
  • Palm looking up

This way all you are gonna load different parts of the bicep and it will widen.

That's what I can think of

I have a similar problem. I'm wondering if slender arms are a genetic thing. Just as endomorphs will most likely never have shredded abs.

I have nice peaks too, but from the front my arms look skinny. Is it still possible to make em bulkier? I don't.

Quick amurature question about bicep curls.......right now, I'm

using a a two handed grip with a bench press bar to curl the weight.

I've seen other shorter bars were the grips sections are raised to

give you better leverage.

If I buy the proper one, how big of a difference will it make?? Are there any advantages. So far everything is cool.

Thanks!

ok two things, first:

Tryin to Grow a Chin, i have the same kind of biceps, its what body builders all look for, unfortunately for me i HATE body building but doing it in the three different ways Vronski explained might help you.

it's really a genetic thing though.

and second:

djmanagement, those bars are called EZ bars. the crooked part is not for better leverage but for hitting the biceps better when doing the standing barbell curl, because your hands are slightly on an angle rather than flat, holding the bar.
