Not true. Many states still have at-fault divorce in addition to no-fault. For example, in Maryland if you want a no-fault divorce, you have to live separate or 1 year and jump through some hoops. However, if one of the spouses cheated, was convicted of a felony, and a few other things, then you can get a divorce in a matter of weeks.Bible_Belt said:

I don't disagree, but what you're talking about is simply being granted the divorce more quickly. It does not relate to the division of assets. The woman still gets half of everything if she cheats and just as much child support and alimony. That rule is good in every state.
