“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hello everyone,

Well, at this point I sincerely wonder what's safe for people to drink and eat anymore. I have been drinking green tea consistently now for the past four months (a cup a day in the morning) because of its supposed cancer-fighting capabilities and other health benefits. However, I just came across an article on the Web that suggests green tea can actually increase the risks of lung cancer, high blood pressure, difficulty breathing and other heart problems including heart paplpitations/rapid heart rate.

I'm concerned because I'm an asthma patient. My asthma was very negligible and mild while I was in the U.S. but ever since I have been based here in Central Africa for work-related purposes since 2008, I tend to wheeze frequently and experience shortness of breath from time to time and suffer from allergies due to the dust, the pollution (cars and trucks that give off clouds of fumes/smoke while they ride on the street), etc.

As a matter of fact I've been experiencing rapid heart rate and heart palpitations for quite some time now and I'm begining to suspect it could be the green tea as well. At this point I wonder if I should stop drinking green tea for quite a long whileor perhaps stop doing so completely. Here's the link where I came across that info:

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

If anything, only the caffeine could have any negative side effects. The sources that article uses are both homeopath orientated, homeopaths have no obligation to prove anything are generally full of bullsh1t anyway.
Also a cup a day is nothing

Do some self experimenting. Drop it for a week and see if you experience any changes. If not, then just go back to caffeine free green tea.

The Japanese are some of the healthiest and longest lived people on the planet and they drink green tea like a religion over there.

I am pretty sure the study was paid for by one of the big pharmaceutical companies who would have you stop drinking green tea and instead take one of their drugs that have 50 side effects worse than the problem you are treating.

I agree, the pharmaceutical industry is downright CRIMINAL these days.

Anyway, I don't think green tea is a health miracle or anything. I'm sure it's good for you, but drink companies like Lipton probably over-hyped it to hell and back to sell more of their bottled tea drinks.

You answered your own question.

You are now based in central Africa.

You have allergies to the environment; dust, pollen, etc.

And you're blaming your ills on green tea?

Green tea may increase heart rate, nowhere close to a cup of coffee though. Maybe 1/10th of a cup of coffee, regarding caffeine content.
