very few women ever get their self esteem back, slef esteem is exactly that! self esteem, it has to come from within, most women have this void (some have chasms) that is only ever filled when a man is in her life, women of course will deny this but Im not going to argue the point.
as for the signs? bot sure there are any hard fast signs just accept that is part of why she is with you
