I put on 7 pounds recently due to a change in meds. For whatever reason, for about 2 weeks it made me have an insatiable appetite. Now I weigh 180 (6 ft) but the weight went to my gut. I was kind of skinny fat at it is, but now it's like a beer gut.

My goal is to get my body back in good condition before I pursue any woman (unless I just happen to meet one by mistake)...how do I curb the sex drive besides masturbation?

I've found if anything, masturbation and porn makes me hornier. It isn't even the sex I crave, it's touching a woman's body...but like I said, I'd rather look better body wise before pursuing anything.

So how do I avoid those horny highs without excessive masturbation? (Also taking into consideration the working out and seeing hotties at the gym will make me even hornier.)
