I still think its dumb as hell, but you could always use it yourself when downplaying your sexual history. That's all they're doing anyway. I suspect most of those women who try this have a high partner count and now regret it.

Do you ever wonder why it's evangelical christians who come up with sh!t like this? Not Jews, not Buddhists, certainly not Muslims,... only evangelical types. Purity / Promise rings, chastity contracts, re-virginings, no masturbation oaths, etc. what other religion places such importance on sexual guilt?

The evangelical sex guilt thing probably gets its roots from the whole 'family' construct. Too much sex eqauls kids born out of wedlock equals devil child, etc.. haha, just a thought.

I've known a few skank-tified women. They found Jeeeebus and decided to become born again virgins after spending years as the town bike. Then they land some hardcore church going good guy and happily parade around their wedding rings and piety.

Two in particular come to mind, these chics were used up at 27 and 30. Best friends. Between the both of them they had 8 kids. Interesting. Mormons have always had a dearth of women (for obvious reasons!) I wonder if slut women are attracted to the Mormons because they can always find a hard-up gamma (i.e., a beta's beta) who will not have a problem with them - or with a ton of kids!
