SO - set up the date and going tonight.

Female friend of mine just said something interesting though: says I need to have a plan or at least be aware of this. That if I like her and want to see her again, I should avoid hitting it tonight. And if she does come on strong and want that, it's likely a sign that she's not that into another date and it's one-and-done.

She says men don't play the game the same way women do, and it's a damned shame, cause things'd be so much simpler.

here's another thought. if you want to completely screw the pooch and screw this date up, then take the advice of your woman friend....or ANY woman for that matter when it comes to dating. if you want to hit it off with this girl, have a good time, and want to see her again then listen to YOURSELF and just remember that she's going out with you for a reason. girls don't go on dates with guys they aren't interested in potentially(or at least most don't, there's some weird fools out there). now all you have to do is keep/get her interest in you even higher and go with it.
