There is a leaked audio of the female explaining what she remember to the police and show staff.

She is clear on the fact that they were both drunk (there are also people that says the show staff provide the cast with 'pills' that are said to be ecstasy), she went to bed, they had agreed to sleep on the same bed. He came to her, they kissed, they fondled each other's privates. She turned the other way and slept. Both drunk, on the same bed, after they each touched each other genitalia. She was wearing a sexy gown and panties.

Hard to call it rape considering their state and previous actions. But also hard to say it's ok. She doesn't sound distressed at all.

On Monday, Jan 16th, the police was called by the show producers to take the testimony of both participants in the studio where the show takes place. They watched the tape showing the supposed rape and Monique said the she was completely conscious while she was on the bed with Daniel. She also said that they didn't have sex (but she masturbated him and he sucked her breasts) and everything that happened there was completely consensual. The police also took Daniel's testimony and he confirmed the whole story.
But guess what happened next? Daniel was EXPELLED FROM THE SHOW. The justification given by the producers to expell him was "inappropriate behavior".

The poor guy is now out of the show and is treated by the society as a real rapist, even though he is innocent. Yesterday he had to call the police because a group of people stoned his house and painted "rapist" on the walls.
Here are some points that I'd like to highlight:

Some people guessed that a guy was raping a woman on the TV. Again, they GUESSED!

The supposed "victim" confirmed that she was conscious and she consented with everything that happened on the bed. There was NO rape.

The guy is now labeled as a rapist by the society.

The TV producers expelled the guy from the show for "inappropriate behavior". But since there was no rape (confirmed by the police), we can only assume that the "inappropriate behavior" was the masturbation or the kisses but why wasn't the woman expelled too?

The poor guy will probably be remembered as a rapist for the rest of his life, even though he is innocent.
