>speak to everyone you see. I know it's not that easy but literally make small talk with EVERYONE. that includes the doormen, the fat girl, anyone. It puts you in a talkative mode
>listen to your favourite music and picture yourself as a the person you wanna become.

Dancing before a mirror.

Sometimes crying so hard in bed after a shower and go out! :)
