Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

This is important for burning fat! Go for a long run first think in the morning. When you wake up your body has no food in your stomach to burn off as energy while you are running so it will burn your fat for energy.Originally posted by Kid Amnesiac
Also, try to do this first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach. Good luck.

This is a debatable issue. IMO it doesn't matter what time of day you do cardio, you'll still get the same results.Originally posted by Drex

Yes it is.
One thing that isn't debatable is that for optimal fat loss you should do cardio at high intensity for short periods. Not low intensity for long periods.
And this is debatable FOR THE SAME REASON cardio first thing in the morning is debatable.
