It won't be reall effective on a girl unless there's fricion, like a slight rubbing. I've heard a girl explain that when a guy they like brushes up against them or rubs their shoulder, the warm feeling just rushes over their body. I can't imagine the same thing happening with still touching. Those kinds of things are just akward.
