“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

hey guys

every morning i wake up at 7 am and doing some jump rope
actually i'm doing 1600 (4 set of 400) every morning after that i'm doing 240 sit up (without resting) i'm not doing push up for the only reason that i'm actually doing kung fu and i need this movement where i cant put my elbow in the middle of my body and if i'm doing push up my chest will block me

and i see some result
and after all the stretching i'm eating this meal:

2 peers
2 apples
i cut them to a little cube
granola
and maple

that's make me feel full for some hours

and actually it makes me feel really good after all that

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Negative thoughts down the drain just relax, let t
Protein shakes are good in the morning since you have time to burn for the rest of the day. I personally like 6 egg whites into an omlette, for breakfast. That with FiberOne cereal or oats or something.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Yea granola and maple can make you feel pretty full. Maple syrup is loadeddd with calories.

Sounds good to me - way better than I think the average person.

I eat a bowl of oatmeal and raisins with cinnamon every morning along with some whey protein. After that its pretty much all meat vegetables fruits and nuts for the rest of the day.

Your diet all depends on what your goals are. If you are looking to build muscle, the calories and sugars of your breakfast are fine, but you should add more protein. I like to go for a whey protein shake before or post workout and casein (or milk or egg protein) for slow release throughout the day.

If you're trying to drop fat, you should aim for a very different breakfast with less calories and sugars.

If you're just looking for energy, then it's a great breakfast.

sorry it was pears ! :)
BTW what peers mean ?
People around you like you. If you're a student your peers would be other students around you. You can know them or they could be complete strangers but they're your peers either way.

You ever heard of the phrase "peer pressure"?
