Some people claim its great for building mass and to be more aesthetic, is that true? I was under the impression that you can get stronger without building that much mass (at least not much compared to a hypertrophy split)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

its not the matter of which routine is better. The problem is not focusing on eating and staying consistent...

While consistence is good, I believe progression is also important. The issue here is which one will be better in gaining mass?

I was under the impression that muscle growth is different from a hypertrophy split and strength training, but now its kinda blurry to me...

Imagine, ever saw a guy with 12" arms Bench press 225? Me neither.

But then again, did you gain mass because you got strong? Or will you get strong by gaining mass?

Also Kerpal you remind me of this website I used to go to :D
