The recent announcement of Indiana governor Mitch Daniels in not running for POTUS has got me thinking. His personal life story is that he had been divorced from his wife, but they reconciled and remarried. I remember thinking that any man that would take back his divorced wife must have been the rejected one in that divorce, and that that situation must have been that she had determined that at that earlier time, that her sexual market value was higher than him, but that a later time as her sexual market value declined much more relative to him (especially as his political career had advanced), she had decided that his value was good enough to get together - with the added shaming argument that it should be done for the children's sake (that obviously wasn't problem when the children were even younger when SHE left. (The other possible reason could have been that she was just loony/shrewish, and that he just didn't feel like taking it anymore - but a man would not want to take back such a woman, so I figure it wasn't that.)

Not only the americans,it's human to prefer immoral men with a pair than good men with their tail between their legs.

Whetever we like it or not we're disgusted from weakness,morality and social stigmas just gives a temporary feedback while in the long run it's the aggressive selfish individual to gain.
Who get chosed as the team captain? who gest the hot girl? yeah...

Even children cannot afford being weak,even at soccer matches for kids it's easy to see parents screaming at their son to run more and be more aggressive,let alone a governor.

People pretend to appreciate certain qualities related to weakness just because of moral reasons or for self interest.
Why do you think religions are for submission? simply because if the mob revolt they're fvcked.
A woman who says she's happy that her husband share her housework is the more likely to cheat on him with some a$$hole who simply laugh at such requests.

So the answer is the man will probably see his popularity increased in the short term following the emotional wave but he is gonna lose it all in the future.

A mans happiness is his own, and no-one elses to judge.
