“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i know NC is key, my situation is complicated and theres high chance she come groveling back or pull attention stunts.

instead of me being a prickk or hiding in the house how do i effectivley communicate with her when/if she comes around?

last time she came she asked, were i was, why didnt i pick up phone ect ect ect.

i neec some counsel how to manage myself around this girl without commiting to things by mistake then she starts popping up ahead.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Just say no!

You need some hard boundaries my friend.
You don't need to answer her questions.
I assume that there is unfinished business or children that makes NC difficult?

Just tell her, any contact must be strictly business.
You don't owe her explanations anymore.

I went though all this, it gets worse when they need a "fix".
Strictly business!

yes, some utilities are in her name as is the lease to the apt, i have been paying the bills with checks to my account.

everything yuo say is true, it has to be strictly biz i have told her that many times and clearly, she hasnt come in a few days or try to contact me, im assuming its a cycle and she will be back ( unnanounced)

i dont let her kiss me or any of that and sex is definatly a no no, she is very prettty but her ugly personaility i prob couldnt even get it up, it wouldnt get to that point anyway

Are you sure she's BPD? I mean, abandonment issues does sound more like BPD than what more people here attribute to it (their's usually sound more sociopathic) but why wouldn't just being straight with her if she does anything work?
