What is the best way to make a move on a girl at her job and not look like a creep?

I was at vintage stock a few weeks back and this girl was helping me and I was being a little flirty but I thought she might be like 19 so I was just being fun and funny with no intentions. She acted excited when I told her about my love of horror games and she was laughing at my jokes and also offered up where else she works. I was talking to her about xbox connect for fun and exercise... and she slips it in there that at the fitness center she works... So I thought she might be digging me and I just liked the ego stroke. However once I got to the car with my sister I said how cute she was but how young I thought she was and my sister happened to catch her mention when she graduated hs making her like 23 and much more in my wheel house. I haven't been back in there since but I'd like to run into her again and ask her out. I've had several situations like this where I can't tell if they are just being nice at work or extra nice to me but I don't ever do anything. What is the best way to do this and not look like a creep?

Its kinda hard to go back to a store and tell a girl your interested.


You have two options:

-GO DIRECT-
This is exactly what it sounds like. Walk in, with your right hand cupping your balls, and telling her that she is cute, and you'd like to find out more about her. She'll either say yes, or no. It's a time saver, but you need some balls to be able to do it.


Second is...
-SHOPPING REVISIT-
Assume your going back to go shopping. To make it less creepy, go in there for a reason other than trying to hook up. It makes things less awkward for you. Besides, girls can read if your being genuine about your visit... Anyways, turn up the flirting and the kino. Bust her balls about sh!t and just send sexual vibes. Touch her. Physically lead her through the store to certain items. She'll get the hint. Once you've put more work in, assess her interest level. If its mid to high, tell her you'd like find out more about her outside of work. If it still seems low, drop it. You'll know if its high. TRUST YOUR GUT!


Your game needs to be tight to run the SHOPPING REVISIT method, but it ensures your date a little more than the GO DIRECT method. But the GO DIRECT method requires gall.
