Life goes on. Figure that sh*t out. You aren't the first person in the world to have to get over a deep emotional attachment to someone.

I'm going for it right now on day 2 haha.. I deleted this girl from my phone, from my facebook friends and all that. Just concerned it might not work cause she pops in my social circle from time to time.

But then again I feel like it's easier for me than you cause I actually don't like this girl anymore, she just pisses me off and I've matured too much to waste time on highschool level drama bull****.

My best advice to you is just bite the bullet man. Achievements worth recognition are not easy to achieve! Best of luck to ya

PS: After a week or two, you'll probably completely forget about this girl and it won't be nearly as difficult after the point where you long for her the most. The no contact deal seems to work in sort of a bell-curve/doppler effect.

The last breakup was initiated by her so it was harder for me to move on. The whole Alpha male control bulls*it!
Not sure what your conditions were so you might wanna fill us in a little more, but in general if you have feelings for her it's NOT that easy! And yes, you're right...It may not work!! It all depends on the circumstance of the breakup.

I read somewhere that true Love is defined as not being indifferent: in other words, If you breakup with someone & you don't care if they're f*cking or just plain dead THAT's indifference.. & that is when you know there's no more Love. And that's when the NC rule will not work!
Theres a big difference between that sorta breakup & a breakup involving shouting, crying etc... That's passion. & theres still Love somewhere in there.

So again if one of you, or both of you are indifferent than the NC will NOT work!

But I will tell you this... in the past 3 months I've worked on myself so much that I've never looked & felt better in my life!!! I'm happy to be back in the DJ lifestyle like I was when i was younger.

Don't refer to her as b*tch, c*nt, whor*... because that shows you still have emotions. You need to forgive, forget & move on.
I don't care what any of these tough guys on here say I know it's rough sometimes. And most of us had our hearts ripped out at least once in our lives

I'm just so sick of this depresion that has befallen me.. And at this point I dont know if it's her thats caused it or my life in general that sucks.

I have been trying to keep busy, I mean ive been gyming really heavy. It leaves me tired and depressed.. Im home schooled on top of that.. And then again i have no friends which sucks aswell.

I know nobody want to here about my sh!tty life but I suppose ranting on here helps a little.

Well first off STOP using words like Suck or Sh*tty when describing your life! They call that a self fulfilling prophecy!

Gyming is great! But if it leaves you depressed you're not doing enough cardio. cause that will enhance your seratonin levels.

I don't wanna turn this into the Dr Oz forum so I'm just gonna say this...

You need to find a friend or some friends to bond with. Reach out to old buddies or family or someone. If not go to the local bar & start making friends..You need to reach out to ppl..
I lost all my friends with my ex and I felt so isolated but I just reached out to an old buddy & now we're single together & lovin life!

Be well bro. It's friday night...go on Match or go to a bar & start sarging! I got chicks that I havent even met yet that are up my a*s already & it feels good.

I'm on month 3-4 and despite numerous rebounds and prospects and successful dates with a couple of different women I still miss the good times that we had.

If you were really super "in love" with this girl, then you'll probably never COMPLETELY get over her, but at least you'll be able to think about her without wanting to throw something or cry or yell in her face or beg her to take you back.

No contact as long as it takes. I plan on never contacting my ex again, because I don't think I'll ever forgive her for what she did to me AND eliminate all feelings that I had about our past relationship.

Yeah, man...you have to give it time and 1 month is not very long, especially if you guys dated for a while.

One thing that helped me was that I knew there was light at the end of the tunnel. I knew that it would only be a matter of time before I didn't feel that emotional attachment.

Like another poster said, if you really cared about her, then you may never get over them %100 (but I think that depends on the person too). I had a one year relationship that ended back in Oct 2009 and even now, I still think about her quite a bit.

I do have a new girl now (been dating since March 2010), and things are really good with her.

So, it really does get better if you believe it will. Again, just give it time and approach with the right mindset (that is, you will eventually get over her).
