How many times a day and how much per serving should i take a whey protein shake? I work out 3 times a week(Mon,wed,fri). On each workout day i workout my upper and lower body. Im trying to gain weight fast for fball.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Also, what are your stats (height, weight, age & experience with lifting).
Your dedication is great, but don't go overboard & start eating 8000 calories or you are gonna end up looking like a piece of lard.
If you need to gain weight fast, depending on your weight, aim for 4000-5000 calories.
