ok most of you know I am a proponent of everything inner game... and have been since the badboy forums...

so I am all for affirmations and visualizations - the problem is how ever, that many including myself tend to mental m**tur**t instead of being positive and uplifting we get attached to the outcome and get all depressed when something dont work out....

the solution?

mind movies

the basic premise is simple... you put together a collection of pics, audio clips, movies ect into one singular movie that will work as a concentrated visual and audible affirmation

the movie speaks to you... its made for you, the images and sounds you put in it are for you only... lets say I put my a tree in my movie to represent money you might go wtf but it speaks to me- thats all that matters

every one who has a pc has windows movie maker so no excuses

you are only limited by your own imagination :)

Alternatively there are a few mindmovies which have some cool visualization mindmovies which you can download, which can be useful.

well you open up windows move maker so some sort of movie maker program and you collect pics,sounds, etc and you put them in a movie format then you watch it, 2 to 3 times a day.

example if you want women and money in your life pics of women and things that represent money would be ideal.

the idea is to use this movie in the place of affirmations/visualizations
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
