“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

hello play boys whats good!

long time no see I have been away for along time I stop in to read every blue moon but have not seen anything worth writing about

but today I feel like writing so thats what um gonna do lol

anyway I have been thinking alot about state of mind and how does one go about ensuring that you are in a good state of mind... I am not talking about good state for pick up but good state period. To often I find myself upset or in a bad mood for what ever reason and it f**k my day up... I dont feel like approaching or talking to people for that matter some times its not a every day thing I am no chronic depressant by any stretch but I prefer not to be in a ba mood its bad for my job( supervisor)

thats just not acceptable so I started looking up ways to combat this...

I started working working on a "success model" some things that I will force me to be in a better state of mind

here is my list:

wake up early:
I dont know about you but if I wake up after 9 -10 it f**k my day up even on off days I like to have the most time allowed in a day

work out in the AM:
we all know that compound exercise release endorphins to the brain that puts you in a better state of mind... I want this "high" as soon as possible

read my affirmations:
I slack on these the most cause most of the time I don't feel like doing them but they really help

work on my goals:
right now my main goal is to get my business up and running I am so close I can feel it I usually work on this aspect of my life in the night but that feeling of accomplishment carries over

do you guys do something similar? or am I a lone wolf in this stuff lol

btw is there anything new going on that I may have missed?

I've actually found myself with a lot of free time lately and hated how i was wasting. I've been trying to make myself wake up earlier and then do some sort of work out too.

One thing i found that worked good was if you can roll out of bed go straight to the gym (grab a bagel or something on your way out) with a friend then come home eat and get ready for the day, you feel like you've done so much more in a day while people are still just waking up.

Another HUGE thing was cut out all the video games in my spare time. These games are designed to be addicting, and waste more and more of your time. Now if I'm going to play them i make sure its split screen with some bros, Its a totally different atmosphere than online. You sort of get a awesome feeling about not having the constant want to play them, and actually want to go try new things. Like woodworking or mechanics in the garage, just me personally. Something that you actually develop a skill and it will always come back and add value in your life unlike those games.

The same goes for tv and movies. I will watch the occasional big bang theory or two and a half men, but i don't sit there flipping through the channels. And as for movies i usually just watch them with friends or women. Sometimes just feels awesome though to sit and watch one if you've been working hard all week.

And a suggestion that might help you, try going to a yoga class like once or twice a week for at least a month, puts you in the best mood if the place teaching the class is good. You instantly feel.... just.. I dunno.. Whole? Content? its just a great feeling
