Im looking to buy some intellectual property, related to a vdieo game. The seller send me messages saying the price, and i agreed. I am about to send him money to the email address listed in his bio. I am just curious, what are the rules if i do not not receive this piece of intellectual property? I am very unfamiliar with Paypal.

I know you guys could help thanks

you have no protection whatsoever under their rules. service or intellectual related properties paypal can't do anything about.
