What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Not always easy or possible to interpret correctly but it does make you pay attention which leads to more meaningful interactions with people i believe.

I mean, there is a KIND of logic to the this head tilting but the article isn't exactly verbose on the topic, it is 5 lines longs and says "recent studies demonstrate"
I would ask the people involved in the article:
what studies?
who did the studies?
is it peer-reviewed?
has the data been misunderstood?
All imporant questions.

Tilting to the right has been associated with listening and being interested in what the other person is saying I believe. This makes sense as I catch myself doing it when "genuinely" interested in what the other is saying.
The tilting to the left seems more of like a "cute" gesture. Like kind of a warm, mesmerized feeling you get around that person. If she is sitting with her head tilted to the left and you notice her toes/foot lift up and point up she without a doubt likes you. (based on what i've read, this means they are experiencing something positive, i've caught myself doing that also)
