ok, ive been training for quite some time now and have put on a bit of mass and have the dry muscly look that ive been after for ages but my question is when i tense i look nice and hard but when you squeeze my muscles they arent really rock hard like you would think. yet my training buddy who is the same size as me when you squeeze his muscles they are like granite.
which brings me to my 2 questions. 1. why arent my muscles that hard and how can i make them hard and 2. what does it mean when your muscles are harder (ie. does that mean you are stronger?)
