However the best way to deal with these inquistions is with humor.
She asks," Did you have sex with Jane last night ?"
You, " Yep, right after I left Jessica's place, and just before I got to Mary's house."
Girls love competition and if you are seeing plenty of girls you have less of a care with each particular one which in turn gets them more attracted to you.

It's good for a girl you're reasonably interested in to at least get the idea that you *might* be fvcking other girls, but don't tell them. And if they ask, I usually give a response somewhat like jophil's, i.e. playing it off. Same goes if a girl asks you how many girls you've slept with (i.e. "what, today you mean?")
If you potentially want to take it further with a girl, just consider (and I know some people disagree..). . . what possible good will come out of telling her something like that? From my experience, it's only caused problems down the road.
