This is some advice I gave to a 16 or 17 year old dude who wanted advice on how to get women 20+ years old. Here is the letter I wrote him and believe it will be useful on this site. Enjoy!

Hey Dude,
I see you're in the 16-17 year old age bracket. So you want women over 20 huh? Well first, try to imagine the mindset of these women when they see the TYPICAL 16-17 year old guy. They do not think "booty call", much less "boyfriend" material. They just think "boy." However, you CAN (and will) be able to pull females in their 20's after reading this.

The first thing you should do is emulate the TYPE of guy a 20+ year old woman would go for. Instead of sneakers, jeans, a T-shirt and a hat, "upgrade" your wardrobe to casual shoes, clean denim jeans, a button down and a button down/blazer combination. For inspiration, check out GQ magazine and also observe guys in their 20's with HOT women on their arms. What are THEY wearing? Your new "look" by itself will cause more older women to turn their heads.

Next, you must step up your "swagger" which is a fancy way of saying "the way you carry yourself." When out and about, make it a point to move smoothly, improve your posture and speak more confidently and from the diapragm. I strongly suggest attending a "Toastmasters" session. This is a speech club that WILL improve your confidence when speaking. Also, practice giving good, strong eye contact. I've scored with plenty of women long before I said a single word...how? Eye contact.

Keeping the above steps in line, when approaching a woman, you CAN use an opener, such as asking her opinion on something--just make sure it sounds GENUINE. Never try too hard and NEVER apologize for your age. (When women find out your true age, many will make "young" jokes. Just cleverly smile it away as if it makes you BETTER. Say something like..."Well you kinda have a young look yourself....when you're 100, you wont look a day over 92!"

Another "slick tip" is to befriend a HOT woman in her 20's and hit a nightclub or lounge with her. By being around a hot woman, other hot women notice. You become a babe magnet

When I was 19 I dated a 24 year old. We ended up going out for over a year. Neither of us knew at first that the age difference was so huge, and once we found out I was surprised, and I bet she was too, but I said "well I don't care if you don't" and she said the same.

I also got with a mid-30's woman when I was 18 or 19. I was on a cruise ship, started talking to her platonically, then held her hand, then invited her back to my cabin. Girls get hornier as they get older, guys!

Just don't care and they won't. You don't even have to joke about it. It matters in a relationship, but not in a hookup. If it comes up, just say that the age difference is turning you on.

The number one downfall with "boys" when it comes to older women is that they let the fact that the woman is older than them get in the way of their game and they start acting differently. When I was 18 this 23 year old was on my nuts, but I freaked out and handled the situation badly; I thought since she was older, I had to play a different game. Very next year I met another 23 year old, didn't freak out and ended up having an ONS. Women that are 23 are much different than 17 or 18 year olds, but it doesn't mean you have to shakeup your game. Different players, same game.
