“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This is a topic continuation from my last thread, where I wrote of my apparent "Golfer's Elbow". I forgot to mention one important symptom I'm experiencing: For the past week I've been waking up with two numb fingers; my left hand's pinky and adjacent finger. I figure this must be some sort of nerve issue. Anyone here ever have this? How long did it take to recover and how do I expedite recovery time?

Thanks!

Another common issue from the exact grip problem i was telling you about on squats before. Make sure your grip is correct before dismissing it off hand.

The reason I said it's definitely not from squats is because I don't do squats (work out at home, no rack). I do deadlifts in place of squats.

Make an appointment with a real doctor who will be able to tell you what you have and what you should be doing about it. You may be able to resolve this yourself but you may also end up making things worse. Been there, done that.

It could be nerve damage, but you need to find the root of the problem before it gets worse. Numb fingers can be linked with the golfers elbow, so fix the elbow problem and things should get better.

You MUST stretch your triceps before working them. This is probably what caused the problem, tight and knotted triceps.

Ditch the isolation tricep exercises, they are putting pressure on the elbow joint along with the knotted triceps, which is probably also pressing down on a nerve, giving the numb feeling. Skull crushers are known to cause elbow issues, but i bet other types of tricep extensions will too.

Stretch your wrists also, it will provide a full arm stretch.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
