Not rocket science but some guys need to be reminded. If you don't like your results, make changes. When you change everything you do you will get an entirely different set of results. Even if something is the official "DJ" position, never stop questioning your tactics and learning from your experiences. The propensity to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results is a defining characteristic of the AFC, let's not make it a DJ thing either.
