Many people see anger as a bad thing, but it can be an amazing thing if used correctly. I'll tell you a bit about my own life to help prove my point.
When I was younger, I was anti-social and had major anger problems. I was angry mostly at myself for my shortcomings. Then my sophomore year of high school, I started getting more social and started to suppress the anger. I became a very "Chill" guy. But I never got anywhere with my life. I started to lose motivation in school and other areas of my life. It was hard for me to focus.
Recently I've realized I need to face that anger I have for myself but instead of just being pissed off all of the time, USE that anger as my motivation to improve myself. Change that anger from a negative emotion into one that fuels your will and makes you improve.
I've regained all of my motivation since I've faced my anger again. So if you're very frustrated by your failures with women, USE that frustration and anger to improve your game. Scared of approaching that girl? Remember how angry you are at yourself because you fail in this area of your life and remember that the only way you will get better is to approach.
