Hey guys I just had 1 of those enlightment moment's yesterday.......

See right now I have been having some issue's with my life, I know it I c it.

I see that I don't have a lot of trustworthy friend's, I noticed that I get kind of

insecure and nervous or in my head around beautiful girl's. I even have

trouble on focusing and reading and etc. I tried drugs, sex, whatever you

can name to get you out of that ****ty state your in ( yall know what IM

about ) But I forgot 1 thing.... and the most important thing... I noticed

that my health wasn't in tip top condition, I wasn't having any more

stomach hurting laugh's, I wasn't having any fun and the fun I had was rarely

Niether was I feeling any love nor giving it.... I felt empty and felt like I had

no purpose to live. But then I started working out, a friend introduced me to

it, I went in the gym had no Idea what I was doing but good thing I got a

instructor and I just started training like madman. I would keep the routine

going, I wouldn't miss a day and I wouldn't be even be late by a minute.

SO I started working out for 3 month's and I started to look better, FEEL better.....

I noticed that girl's would just look at me and be surprised from the old me.

It was basically attraction with just the body, yesterday I was in the club

this girl grabbed my hand.... So I followed after her and the rest is history.

But nevermind that let me get back to the point. After I started working out,

I learned 2 thing's that I believe is really going to help me throughout life.

1. Discipline, if you can't do what you wan't to do or you make up excuses for

it then you know that you have a LOT to work on and learn how to control

your temptation and yourself.

2. Health. YOUR HEALTH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF ALL!

without it there is no wealth, no feeling, no girl's you name it just nothing,

so whatever you do make sure you take care of your health.

3. Friendship is more important hoes, doing big thing's expanding the mind,

having new hobbies and always improving yourself is always bigger prize

than just putting your peniz inside a hole.

All I can say is improve yourself in all aspect's, be the person you want to be

you can do it, release your self from limiting thoughts do whatever it can to

get you to that next phase.

Just remember 1 thing....... YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN THIS WHOLE WORLD! ill leave it at that, ( sorry my english is not so good)
