Hey all. Just joined after reading some of the great advice given to some of the poor souls who seem to be forever in a rut with the chicks.


Here's the question I have and dilemna my 40 yo co-worker is in.

There's a girl...A real hottie...Met him at the store he works at (she's been there three times at least and always talks to him) This guy is 40 yo and the girl is around 22. She always asks questions about him and seems real personable. She had a boyfriend when they first met and he had a gf but I have always had the feeling she may like him as she seems to agree with everything he says and looks in his eyes when they talk, and asks about his personal life. The girl seems very friendly for such a hottie and he thinks shes just being nice but I think she kindof likes him. I told him he should go for it but she hasn't been back. He found her facebook through a friend and it states shes single and she accepted his request but when he wrote to say hi twice in like six months she never responded. Do you think he blew it? Do you think she saw his age and said forget it? This dude looks at least ten years younger than he really is...I again told him to ask for her number if he sees her again but then again she may just be an attention hoe.....I'd really like to help my friend....

Age couldve you may never know....I wouldnt send her nothing else if she hasnt replied those two times. Just tell him to ask for the number next time she comes into the store.

That's what I'm saying...He does talk to alot of the girls that work there but it seems there's alot of haters who like to mention he's 40.....I think mostly cause they're jealous the dude looks much younger than he is and has a good personality and isn't bad looking...no homo...I'm not sure though as I'm younger...You think younger girls really like older guys? And why??

All Girls like older guys....Hot 18, 19 yr old girls almost always date guys who are 23, 24, 25 etc..I see it all the time

Girls 24, 25 love guys in the 32-35 range....Now a 22 yr old dating a 40 yr old is pushing it...But whatever....Im guessing she rather be with him over a pimple faced 18 yr old lol

They say you add 8 years for a girl and subtract 8 years for a guy and thats how mature they really are....so a 22 yr old girl is really 30 and a 40 yr old man is really 32....so it's only 2 years lol

Girls are just more mature than guys..thats the bottom line so they tend to gravitate towards older guys

Or she could be an AW who thinks he's good looking...I heard from another dude we work with that she asked about how the guy was doing at a party he saw her at.....I don't know if the 40 yo will make a move...probably because he knows shes like 20 years younger...There's no way they are on the same page mentally....but I've seen her and she is gorgeous...so I'm sure she has no problem getting alot of guys...oh well. thanks for the advice. He doesn't know I'm writing about him and asking advice for him.......lol.
