I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Yes, that is right, more important than your physical looks.

Why? When we have a high self esteem we feel WE DESERVE good things (e.g. an attractive woman), when we have a low self esteem, we feel WE DON'T DESERVE good things

It doesn't matter if you are short, average, tall, ugly, mediocre, handsome, dumb, intelligent, a nice guy or an *******.

Your perception of yourself (not what others think) is the most important tool you have in succeeding with women (and life!).......

A Tall, handsome Matthew McConaughey look alike with low self esteem WILL NOT be successful with women because his low self esteem will make him believe he does not deserve it.

I believe looks do matter (we won't get into it), but I have come to realize GOOD LOOKS DOES NOT EQUAL A HEALTHY SELF ESTEEM OR HIGH CONFIDENCE. Just take a look at all the not so attractive people you know who seem happy and confident in their own skin despite their physical short comings and those attractive people you know who seem to have low self-esteem.

How do we increase self esteem then if we lack it?

1.) Excercise

2.) Set goals

3.) Leave your comfort zone

4.) Don't compare yourself to others

5.) Think of all your accomplisments (however small they may be)

6.) Pat yourself on the back when you accomplish something tough (e.g. I did cardio for an hour today and burned 700 calories...it was tough).

It is so true, YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK!!
