You're posting in the high school forum. Not sure how it is everywhere else, but high school girls down here basically assume you're going out after the first date.

Yep. You assume she's your girl from the first date on. This helps your whole mindset as well. Opening you up to Kino easily. Treat her like she's your girlfriend, because she is unless she says otherwise. Know that if she specifically, clearly tells you to back off and that she's not your girlfriend and she's not interested, the opposite is true - she is your girlfriend, and she's interested in you. treat the first outing as if she was your gf...kino/talk as though she's yours

you're "official" when she tells you that you guys are
usually after the first kiss...she'll wonder what your status is..and finally ask if you guys are official...then you can decide
