45 Days to Lose 15 Pounds?

Hi. I've decided to try to lose 15 lbs. this summer before school starts. School starts in approximately 45 days and I wanted to know if it's possible to lose 15 lbs. in 45 days. If so, where should I start?

Stats:
5'11
169 lbs.
15 Yrs. Old

I kinda have a belly and man boobs and want to get rid of them asap. Any plans that anyone here recommends? Thanks alot :)

Easy.

Full body workout 3 times a week and start eating 4-6 meals a day of healthy whole foods.

You may not loose 15 lbs but you will loose 15 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle. Sound better right?

Thanks man. Also thanks to everyone who contributed. When the 45 Days are up I'll post my finished results.

I lost 50lbs in about 2 months doing nothing but cardio (jogging on a treadmill) 1h/day, 5 days/week. 45 days is more than enough to lose 15lbs.

Just so you know, my previous advice was based on the premise that you havn't done serious weight training before.

169 pounds at 5ft 11 is pretty small, you must have no muscle mass. Start working out, once you gain muscle, its easy to burn fat.
