You'd think working all thee hrs months after months, you'd be losinf weight, but eating after 7pm, does put it on.... suggestions on how to eat better, with limit time given?

I believe this is the reason I have gained so much weight lately. I was 170 last year, 200 now.

Little and often may be the answer

I gained bodyfat in a 10-12 hr per day driving job in the vacation months a few yrs ago. Eating irregularly, only when near a fast food joint or supermarket. It was an unhealthy way to live. You need to create a routine. As Throttle said plus - When can you eat?
