“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

My little brother is now 20 years old, and I think he could use of extra muscles. So, now my question is, should I recommend him weight lifting with machines? I know weight lifting with free weights could stun his growth, but what about machines?

LOL

Free weights don't stunt your growth, that's just a rediculous myth. Also he's 20 years old! He's probably not going to grow anymore, so just forget about the whole weightlifting stunts your growth myth.

Don't tell him to use machines, they are crap, get him on a strength building program like stronglifts 5x5, which uses free weights.

Get him on free weights.
I started lifting when I was 13 and grew to 6' 3"

It's bad for kids and young teens to lift real heavy but a 20 y.o. should be lifting like a maniac.

Your little brother is 20, but you're worried about stunting his growth? Are you a troll?

A better place, a better time.

Not at all sir, this is basically the opposite of true.

Barbells, not machines. Squats, dead lifts, bench press. Start light, get heavy. Eat your protein!

Lifters in the Olympics start training before they're 10 years old... Most of them--like most guys--are between 5'7 and 6'3. They don't look growth-stunted do they?

But hey, they started lifting heavy when you were still playing with hot wheels cars, so shouldn't they be all short and stuff?

Should they?

Telling him he will stunt his growth if he lifts is ignorantly robbing him of the best years of muscular growth in his life.

I've been training since I was 16. I'm the tallest member of my family, even a little taller than my brother. Yes, we are both fully grown. He doesn't train with weights.

+ What Quiksilver said. This is a great time. Growth stops at this age but the metabolism is still high, put it to work growing muscles instead.
