Not exactly as simple as men's options, costly, and has a stigma attached to it. At least it is available to those who want it enough.

Its funny how the author can't understand why she hasn't been able to start a family and meet Mr. Right, yet still holds up hope that she will. In the end she will probably find and settle for some "progressive feminist" beta sucker whom she can parade around town with her baby and tell the world "look everybody I did get married and did not end up being an old maid" all while chastising her new husband and making him misrable for the rest of his life (pending divorce).
