Hi guys, story goes like this. About a month ago i had to prepare for my college semester exam. As i had a lot of catching up to do, i didnt eat as per normal (5-6 meals a day). That made me lose 7 pounds
Now that everything is over and i'm able to eat like before, for some reason my appetite sucks. When i have the food in front of me i feel like my stomach is full and even kinda nauseous.
I'm still training normally so thats no issue. What can i do to recover my appetite? I'm really determined to gain back that 7 pounds and continue bulking.
