“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I’m a little confused. I’ve been stuck at 150 since the middle of April when I should be gaining weight. I’ve been working out three times a week fallowing the “Where to start” program. I’ve been eating larger amounts and more often. What’s odd is that my strength is increasing and my muscles look bigger even though neither my weight nor body fat % have changed.

I don’t really care about getting stronger. My only goal is to add muscle mass. I should be able to add 2 pounds muscle a month so I wonder what I’m doing wrong.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Your body is just converting previous fat mass into muscle mass.

Think about this.

Do you really think you're lifting more with the same amount of muscle you had in the beginning of the program?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

These "facts" DO NOT add up. Most likely your body fat % has gone down a bit, because it's quite difficult to measure accurately. OR you've recently added supps that increase "pump" dramatically enough to be noticeable. In any case, these are also not the sort of numbers you can look at after one month and panic.

But you need to continue eating more, carefully & cleanly.

it could also just be water. One month is hardly any measure for progress.
