“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi all

I'm doing the Ten Tors challenge in a couple of weeks (55 miles over Dartmoor) and looking to improve my hiking ability. Aside from the simple 'just walk' what are the best ways to train your body for this kind of long, drawn out endurance? My first thought was jogging up very long hills?

Cheers

If you're in any kind of shape you really don't need to train for something like this.

A normal moderatley fit person should be able to do this at about a 3.5 mile/hour pace (assuming you're hiking with a load.)

If you want to train then train by hiking. Hike long distances with heavy weight (60+ pounds.) Focus on the mental aspect. Your body is probably already capable.

Well, make sure you aren't training or practicing only a few days out from it, so you aren't fatigued going in.

Also make sure you drink plenty(PLENTY) of water, starting 3 days in advance of it. Eat lots too, mainly carbs.

If you're keen to do something now, try putting 20-40kgs in a backpack and walk on an inclined treadmill wearing it. Do it for as long as you want or can.
