What is the maximum number of deadlifts anyone has ever done? At what weight?
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I use to worry about coming down lightly and I won't advice you from doing it because there are tons of benefits to a slow concentric but every once in awhile work on your (standing) speed and just be reckless (with good form).Alle_Gory said:Smooth up, smooth down. Feather landing.

375lbs for a few reps. That didn't feel too good for the next few days....Being_the_Don said:Has anyone else come close to Drum & Bass's numbers?
Thanks, and thats a good question..One of the disadvantages to raw deadlifting is the abuse your hands have to endure.I-tallionStallion said:DB - How long do you wait between every rep for your 20 repper record? Good job man

What are you talking about? You have reserve muscles?MikeBrown30 said:But it's because i was forced to use muscles that I normally don't have to use.
So do it until failure, and then stop.Kerpal said:Yeah, I don't think high rep deadlifts are such a great idea. Too easy to get hurt. Plus, deadlifts take a very high toll on your body. With higher reps, it will be hard to recover enough in time for your other lifts.
