so I got this chick interested in me, whos 19, shes pretty, but for some reason she doesn't excite me or give me any real desire to wanna hang out with her/date her (i think a big part of this is because shes boring, shes younger, and acts kinda female afc around me)

My questions is, since I am a 23yr old virgin, should I just go for it anyways even though the thought of being with her does not greatly appeal to me atm? Maybe its because ive never had a proper girlfriend, and therefore im subconsciously scared of change!?

this forum for me is a place to gather advice, confidence and perspective...none of which you really provided in a helpful way.

You should do it just for the sake of gaining experience. If you're not that interested in her, you can still use this as an opportunity to learn and gain experience at dating, relationships and sex. And because you're not that interested is a bonus because it means that if you fvck up at all, you can shurg it off and take it in your stride having learnt a lesson. Get you prepared for future relationships.

I completely understand the concept of not wanting to get into a relationship with someone you're just not into.

I also understand that you like and respect her and wouldn't want to lead her on simply because you want sex.
