From my own experience, anytime I've had anything meaningful with a worthy girl it always began with her being the aggressor. Some of my best stints started with me making excuses why I couldn't hangout every week for the first month. I'd say 90% of you lose the girl at first because you chase her and try to impress her. There is some confusion on this site because it appears at first glance that the material contradicts itself. Pook stresses making yourself so interesting that the girl chases you, but how do you get the # if you just play the hunted all the time.

The ONLY time you are the hunter is when you're advancing the relationship: approaching her, asking for the number, going for kino, going for the kiss
this should make up about 10% of your relationship, the other 90% you should act as if you are so interested in your own life and loving your own adventures that you almost appear uninterested in her. You want to give the impression you are not sure if she's good enough for you.. like she's in girl pergatory.
