I'm a unattractive guy who suffers Marfan Syndrome. But I always have hope that I'll find an attractive woman someday. At the same time, I found myself in shame of having this hope.

So is high standards a bad thing? I tried not to be ugly, but it's not easy to deal with my genetic disorder.

If you've got high standards, prepare to not be laid as much as someone with lower standards. The guys that have absolutely insane lay numbers are the guys who tap anything that has two humps and isn't a camel.
