I read several sites on detoxification and well the one that stands out to me is the lemonade detox,but my question is has anybody here tried and detox program?Did you reap the great benifits they talk about. I read its good for kicking bad habits plus,getting in shape and mental clarity.If you tried a detox program feel free to share your experience and what would you recommend.:up:

A friend of mine bought some detox stuff from GNC and said it gave him the stinkiest farts of his life. He works at a factory, and he was actually shutting down stations in the factory with his smelly farts. Workers couldn't take it and were stumbling off the line to get fresh air.
