No wonder that women despise them so much.

I am talking about this out of experience of interacting with men who keep things for himself. It is frustrating or even down-right depressing when hanging out with these type of males. This is typically what a beta male's responses consist of:

"I don't know"
"I don't care"
"I guess"
"Up to you"

There is a big difference between saying "I don't know" with a big confidence that you actually don't know a thing and saying "I don't know" with a contemplating facial expression. Conversation is mental exercise where you pass around ideas around people and they pass them back to you adding their own ideas. If a person passes the ball to you and you respond with "I don't care", you are not passing the ball back to the other person, nobody wants to talk to you. Why? You are not giving anything back.

When you only receive, you are not interesting. You'd only become interesting when you give something back.

When a woman gives you an IOI or eye contact, she's passing the ball to you, and you must give the ball back to her by approaching her. She knows you are interested from your body language and facial expression so stop faking that you are not.

Stop being a beta for heaven's sake.

That all tied together really nicely and think about it, I was always very "beta" male and my worst trait was my indecisiveness. You feel a 253,885 times better about yourself when you beat the "beta" rubbish out of you and replace it with harder edgier alpha material.

My favourite thing about my journey into this world is the way it's shaped me as a person in general... I now command much more respect from my own friends.

Not to mention that when they're your friends who are deprived of women their whole life and instantly find that "one" girl who they will spend the rest of their life with, they will leave you in the dust.
