Does anybody here,use a trampoline? And if so any results? Is it better than running an walking as i read on some sites.And is it good for detox? Need advice!

Not better than running, but still good. I think you would have to jump for a long time to equal what you would get runn9ng a mile. Trampolines do different things though, I dont know about the detox thing but I think it supposed to be realy good for high blood pressure. And it released endorphines :)

I'd kill a small puppy for one of those big trampolines. I could jump on them literally for hours straight and still have fun (and yes, it is a massive workout...especially if someone else is jumping with you and bouncing you all over).
