“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm trying to gain weight, and keep reading everywhere that eating 1-1.5g x weight of protein a day is needed. I'm 5'9 152lb so for me, this would mean eating close to 4 times the amount I would without thinking about it and this just seems impossible, any tips on fitting the grams in a day?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm in college so basicly whatever is at the cafeteria... rarely eat breakfast (I know.. but even if I did it would still be way too little) and have a sandwich or sub for lunch, then a turkey breast or steak for dinner, without too many snacks.

Please dude, don't start with the "I'm in college" excuses.

I'm in college too and I'm eating 1.2lbs of red meat, 12 whole eggs, etc. every single day.

Don't use your cafeteria that much.. the food tastes good but it's mostly garbage. The meats you buy there are deli meats(crap).

Use the grocery store and the kitchen.

Im a college student as well, so as Quik said that is no excuse. Some things I find helpful:
1) Protein Powder -> Fast, Cheap, Portable, able to sip on it in class, between classes, during your workouts, no excuse to not have enough protein. Most protein powders taste like chocolate milk shakes now adays, so its not like you have to slam down some nasty drink with your nose plugged.
2) Find foods that you love to eat, and figure out ways to add protein to them. For me, I love chicken wings, and I never have any problem eating 10-20 wings while watching a game with the boys or at a bar. Also I Grew up on minestrone soup, so for me, when I can't eat any more steak or chicken for a day, I cook up some minestrone soup and add some ground beef to it, theres some more protein for the day.

From the looks of things you want 1-1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight, which is 150-225 g a day, split that into 5 meals a day is roughly only 30-45g of protein per meal, and that is not hard to do at all. The choice is yours, complain that you are in college and it is to hard to eat that much protein in a day, or man up and figure out ways to get it done.

Also good protein sources, if you need help, include:
Beef, Chicken, Fish, Pork, Eggs, Turkey, Yogurt, Tofu, Shrimp, Etc.

One solution ive been riding for the past few months is Chili. I know Ruckus used to eat it and he's had some success too.

I make trays of chili that last roughly 4 days, so I cook just under twice a week and have food enough for over a week. The rest of my eating comes from fruit. The eggs are mixed with whey in shakes and take no time at all to prepare.

What an interesting problem we have when not eating enough means we can't stuff our face as much as we like because it makes our tummies hurt.

Next time you are thining of how you can fit in more calories and grams into your day think of how you could help someone who really needs it get a meal.
