Go out. Open sets. Memorize an opener or two if you have to, but get some sets under your belt. Even if you get approach anxiety every single time, don't stop going out and making the attempt over and over until you succeed at that one little thing. And then, once you've got that done once, keep doing it again and again until you've mastered it. And once you've mastered that, move on to the next step. In this example, maybe getting good at spiking buying temp or telling DHV stories or just getting past the hook point. Whatever you decide the next step is, practice it. Over and over again.
And then, mastery, and the next step.
And then again.
And again.
Each victory will build on the last, until you finally hit the point where you'vve got so many women you can't keep up with them all.

But you'll never get there unless and until you make that first crucial step.
